Return & Refund Policy


RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Homehealthkart, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every product you purchase from us. We are happy to accept returns within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of your order based on below conditions and guidelines:
How to create a Return Request RMA (Return Management Authorization):
* A Return Request RMA(Return Management Authorization) must be registered within 7 days of delivery of the product. Return Request (RMA) can be requested thru “Return” option available on "Order Info" page OR you may register your Return Request (RMA) with your Order No. by emailing us at: synergyhc@rediffmail.com
When you can Return or Replace the product :
(1) In case the parcel is damaged in Transit at the time of receipt (delivery of such order to be refused at doorstep):
* Your product will be replaced free of cost if the parcel is damaged in transit, please refuse to accept the parcel & mention remarks on the courier receipt as damaged parcel and raise the RMA request as stated above.
* Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the returned goods received back in our warehouse.
* However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
(2) In Case product is received and found damaged (after opening the parcel, no damage note to the courier):
* Send the photographs attached (of the damaged parcel box as well as the product) to the e-mail i.e.: synergyhc@rediffmail.com within 48 hours of the receipt of goods.
* Raise the RMA (Return Management Authorization), only once the RMA is approved, goods will be returned.
* Order will be replaced free of cost, only if the fault is from our end/Courier.
* Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the returned order received in our warehouse & approved by the QC team.
* However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made only in case the payment already made,if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
(3) In case Wrong Product Delivered:
* If Wrong Size or Wrong Product delivered,the order will be replaced free of cost.
* In that case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 working hours of the returned order received.
* However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
* In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.
(4) In case Defective Product Delivered:
* Raise the RMA (Return Management Authorization), with 48 hours of receipt of the goods only once the RMA is approved, goods will be returned.
* In this case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned order received.
* However, full refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
* In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.
(5) If the Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
*If order is cancelled before dispatch, full refund will be made.
(6) If the Order Cancellation After Dispatch:
*Refund will be made, after deducting actual Shipping/freight Charges only.Returns are subject to the following conditions:
* Return Request RMA (Return Management Authorization) has to be raised within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
* Opened & partially used Diabetic Test Strips & Lancets, Sexual Wellness Products, Adult Diapers, Hygiene Products (Breast Pump,Pads,Gloves etc), Oral care products,Wheelchairs, Commodes, Bath Safety Equipment's for Elderly Patient Care ,Used/Open Air Cushions/Mattresses,Back Rest ,Masks,Cannulas,Tubings, Surgical Medical Tapes are not subject to return or replacement. We also reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as "No Exchange","No Warranty" and "Non-Returnable Product"
* The product is not used or tampered with.
* The product is in Re-Saleable condition.
* Products being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code.
* All refunds & replacements are subject to the verification and review after our QC approval.
* The shipping/freight Charges will be deducted on actual basis if you have cancelled the order after dispatch.
* The COD fee will be deducted if payment mode is COD (cash on delivery).
* If QC fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and refund will not be done.
* Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
* The Return & Refund policy is not applicable on quotation orders. No Refund,Return or exchange is applicable on order's generated or supplied thru Quotations.
*Liability: Maximum liability of refund by Homehealthkart, shall be limited to the actual value of the product returned or the eligible refund amount to the customer,whichever may be lesser.
Easy Procedure for Return:
*Raise a return request within 7 days of product delivery.
*Pack the product & prepare the package(including all original brand packaging & tags which you receive along with your product).
*We arrange pickup for the parcel or if reverse pickup is not available at your location then you Ship the Package to our warehouse address mentioned at the end of page.
*We receive the courier.
*We Refund/Replace the product.
Refunds Timeline:
Refunds for all eligible Returns are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.The average time frame for refund credit is 2 to 10 working days which may vary based on mode of refund.
For Cash on Delivery orders:
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund to your account.
-Bank Name-Bank Account Number
-IFSC Code
-Account Holder's Name
-Bank Branch
NOTE: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Homehealthkart account should match with the name of the bank account holder.Homehealthkart will not be liable for any delay caused in refunds due to delay by third party affiliates (including banks), in providing information by the customer, technical issues and other reasons beyond its control.
